WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TRAVEL DATES?

We recommend selecting travel dates approximately 60–90 days in advance whenever possible for the best availability.

Popular destinations and travel periods may have limited availability.

VIP Access guests receive priority booking support whenever available.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY EXPERIENCE?

Next Level Destinations utilizes secure digital invoices and payment links via email and/or text message.

Customers are not required to provide credit card information verbally over the phone.

 

IS THERE A PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT?

Select travel experiences are made available through promotional partnerships with participating resorts, hospitality groups, and vacation developers. In exchange for preferred promotional pricing, guests may be invited to attend a brief resort or vacation presentation during their stay. Participation requirements, eligibility criteria, and presentation details vary by destination and supplier. Select experiences may allow qualified guests to complete a virtual informational meeting before travel in place of an in-destination presentation requirement.

 

CAN I TRAVEL ALONE?

Solo travelers are absolutely welcome.

Experiences are generally priced for double occupancy, so package pricing remains the same for individual travelers.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY VACATION EXPERIENCE?

Each experience includes a 24-month travel usage window. After your first Experience is activated, your remaining Experiences are designed with long-term flexibility in mind and are not subject to traditional expiration dates. 

Some experiences may have limited availability due to exclusivity and promotional inventory.

Usage timelines and specific travel windows may vary by package or promotional offer.

 

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

Additional travelers and upgrade options may be available depending on the destination and package availability.

 

HOW DOES NEXT LEVEL DESTINATIONS WORK?

We offer curated travel experiences through our Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire collections. Guests select the experience level that best fits their preferences,

and curated vacation options are presented based on destination, travel dates, and current availability.

 

WHAT IS THE DIAMOND EXPERIENCE RATING SYSTEM?

We focus on exceptional travel experiences featuring hand-picked resorts, premium destinations, and exceptional overall quality rather than relying solely on traditional hotel star ratings. Next Level Destinations uses our own curated Diamond Experience Rating System to evaluate accommodations, guest experience, resort amenities, and destination value — ensuring every experience meets our premium standards. Our experiences typically feature 4-star or higher accommodations depending on destination, season, and availability.

 

WHAT ADDITIONAL DESTINATIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE?

Your destinations may include Orlando, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Caribbean escapes, select cruise itineraries, and other domestic and international options when available.

 

WHAT RESORTS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR ALL-INCLUSIVE DESTINATIONS?

We work with a variety of premium resort partners and quality properties across our featured destinations.

Since resort availability may vary based on travel dates, inventory, promotions, and seasonal demand, specific properties are not guaranteed before booking. Our focus is on delivering memorable travel experiences and matching travelers with quality accommodations they will enjoy.

 

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC RESORT?

Absolutely. Travelers can share their preferences, and our concierge team will do its best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Specific properties remain subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed before booking confirmation.

 

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED? 

Airfare is not included with current experiences.  All travel details are in writing and provided before reservation confirmation. 

 

WHAT CRUISE LINES ARE AVAILABLE?

Select cruise experiences may include itineraries with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian Cruise Line. The Cruise Lines featured are based on seasonal inventory and promotional availability. A valid passport is required for all cruise reservations.
