Travel Protection Recommendation:
Travel protection and trip interruption coverage may be available and are strongly recommended to help protect against
unexpected changes, delays, cancellations, medical situations, or travel interruptions.
Booking Confirmation & Acceptance:
Purchase confirmations, invoices, reservation confirmations, package details, and communications sent through email
Or SMS forms are part of the reservation record. Guests are responsible for reviewing information and notifying us promptly of any errors. Guests are encouraged to review all reservation details promptly upon receipt.
Vacation Timing & Availability:
Vacation experiences include a 24-month booking and usage window and should be planned whenever possible.
We recommend a booking window of 60-90+ days before travel for the best availability and selection.
VIP access will attempt to secure requested experiences when inventory becomes available.

Some experiences may have limited availability due to exclusivity and promotional inventory allocations.

Cancellation & Travel Credit Policy:
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary based on package type, travel partner requirements, and promotional inventory terms. Certain Promotional, Discounted, Customized, or Special inventory Reservations May Be Non-Refundable or subject to travel Credit Terms, or alternative travel solutions may be offered.

Next Level Destinations is not responsible for supplier delays, weather interruptions, schedule changes, over-bookings, labor disruptions, or events outside reasonable control. Date changes, name changes, destination changes, upgrades, or special requests are subject to supplier approval, availability, and any applicable fees.
Promotions & VIP Offers:
